Meet the Staff

Director, Harrisburg (Swatara Twp)

My life revolves around children and I would not have it any other way! If I am not here caring for your children I am at home taking care of my three children. Brandon: who is very active, Gwenever: who is very smart and Cadence; who is full of life. Besides living with my children I also live with my Husband Dewayne and my dog Butter.  My other loves include Running, scrapbooking, arts and crafts, and making all natural soap for my business.  I have been working with Aa to Zz Child Care and Learning Center since July of 2014.  Prior to that, I worked at Robin’s Nest in Dover for ten years!   I have an Associated Degree in Early Childhood Education from Clarion University and am working on my Bachelors in ECE from Drexel University. I obtained my Director’s Credential in 2016. I also love being in school and think being a lifelong learner is very important!

Ashley ZippDirector, Palmyra

Hi. My name is Ashley Zipp. I am the director at our Palmyra location. I have been at Aa to Zz since January, 2004. I have been in many classrooms here over the years before stepping into the director role. Currently I am enrolled in Northampton Community College to obtain my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. After many years of experience I felt it was time to get my degree in what I love to do, teaching and loving children as if they were my own. I was born and raised in Palmyra. I love coming from a small, quiet town.  My husband, Jeff and I have 2 girls, Madison and Kayleigh. They are our little divas and keep us very busy.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach, Knoebel’s and spending time with my family. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully adding you to our Aa to Zz Family.

Director, West York

Hello!  And Welcome to the Aa to Zz family.  I look forward to getting to know you and your child(ren) as you embark on this exciting journey in their academic and social growth.  Since graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education and minor  in Special Education in 2009, I’ve homeschooled, directed the West York center (previously known as “Robin’s Nest”) for several years, and taught at a local elementary  school. It is the birth of my first son in August of 2016, which brings me back to a place I have true pride in, Aa to Zz.  I look forward to many more years in education as teaching is my passion.  I believe any child of any age can reach his or her fullest potential given the right tools.  As director, I look forward to helping children reach their fullest potential and building relationships with families in the process.
