It’s not always easy making sure your child’s plate has not only healthy options but also healthy portions. At Aa to Zz Child Care and Learning Centers, children are provided with breakfast, lunch and snacks – this includes infant formula and foods. A healthy plate for a child consists of 1/4 fruit, 1/4 vegetables, 1/4 protein, and 1/4 grains along with a glass of milk. Check out our helpful infographic to see different healthy food options.
